1. Introduction

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how MeltFlex s.r.o. (“AIBIMTool”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on aibimtool.com (the “Platform”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 In short: We use only the cookies the Platform needs to work. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and We do not share cookie data with advertisers.

2. What Cookies Are

2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores in Your browser. “Similar technologies” include the browser's local storage and session storage, which keep information on Your device in the same way.

2.2 Strictly necessary cookies are those without which a service You asked for cannot be provided, such as staying signed in. Under EU law they do not require Your consent, which is why the Platform shows no cookie banner.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 The marketing pages (the home page, blog, developer pages and these legal pages) set no cookies of their own. Cookies are set only when You sign in or use the workspace:

• Sign-in session (sb-…-auth-token, set by Supabase): keeps You signed in and identifies Your account to the Platform. Strictly necessary. It is renewed while You use the Platform and removed when You sign out.
• Device id (aibim_did): a random identifier with no personal information in it, used to keep the free generation to one per person and to protect the Platform against abuse of the free plan. Strictly necessary for security. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and expires after 400 days.

3.2 To protect the free plan, the workspace also sends a short code computed from Your computer's browser and hardware setup along with its requests. It is not stored on Your device, is not sent from phones or tablets, and is used only for this purpose.

4. Local Storage and Session Storage

4.1 The workspace stores the following in Your browser. None of it is sent to Us or to anyone else:

• Interface preferences, such as a collapsed sidebar, the sort order of Your projects, open panels and view settings
• A prompt, site or file You started on the home page, carried into the workspace after You sign in
• Your render options, so the next render starts from the same settings
• When an offer was last shown to You, so it is not shown again too soon

4.2 You can remove this information at any time by clearing Your browser's site data.

5. Third-Party Services

Some steps take place on another company's website, which sets its own cookies under its own policy:

• Stripe sets cookies on its checkout and billing pages (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com) to process payments and prevent fraud
• Google sets cookies on its own sign-in page if You choose to sign in with Google
• YouTube videos in the blog load only when You press play, through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com)

6. Managing Cookies

6.1 You can block or delete cookies in Your browser settings. If You block the cookies described in section 3, You will not be able to sign in or use the workspace; the marketing pages work without them.

6.2 Signing out removes the sign-in session cookie.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy before We start using any new cookie. If We ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, We will ask for Your consent first.
